How to drop off and pick up your items

Your inventory can be dropped off by appointment the following times:

Once you’ve registered to consign, you may sign up for a drop-off appointment by following the link above or through your consignor home page.

Before you drop off, be sure to check through this list:
- Items are clean and free from rips, stains, missing buttons, or excessive wear.
- Items meet our brand guidelines.
- Items are tagged according to our tagging instructions.
- Clothes are organized by gender and size
When you arrive at Brown’s Store, you can come inside to get one of our rolling racks for your hanging items. Let us know if you need assistance getting your things inside. We’re happy to help! We will quickly look through your items to see that they meet our criteria and that they are properly tagged.
After your drop-off appointment, you may remove any items we were unable to accept from your online inventory.

Your remaining inventory must be picked up during the following timeframe:

What you need to know:

No items may be picked up before this time.
A photo ID such as a driver’s license may be checked at pickup to safeguard against theft.
Any items not picked up will be donated after the pick up window is over, regardless of donation status.
If you are unable to pick up your items during those hours, you may make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you. You will need to notify Season of Renewal of who will be picking up your items.
